SG3525

The SG3525 is a highly reliable voltage-mode PWM controller IC, widely used in DC-DC converters, inverters, and switching power supplies thanks to its built-in soft-start, adjustable deadtime, and dual totem-pole output drivers capable of sourcing/sinking over 200 mA. It offers stable operation across 8–35 V supply range with oscillator frequencies from 100 Hz to 500 kHz.
