1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original unused condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Components that have been soldered or used
- Training materials and digital downloads
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days via bank transfer to your provided account details.
